# PHONEXPERT

> PhoneXpert is a New Zealand wholesale supplier of phone accessories, selling to resellers, repair shops and retailers on trade accounts. We stock thousands of SKUs — cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, audio, in-car and phone gadgets — from brands including Baseus, HOCO, Nillkin, Remax and USAMS, dispatched NZ-wide from our Auckland warehouse. PhoneXpert is the wholesale arm of EGIFTS; we do not operate walk-in retail stores or a repair service.

## Trade accounts
- [Become a Dealer](https://www.phonexpert.co.nz/become-a-dealer/): Apply for a trade account. Applications are reviewed and assigned a wholesale pricing tier.
- Wholesale pricing is tiered by account level and is only visible once an approved trade account is logged in.
- Prices shown to the public and to search or AI crawlers are PhoneXpert's standard shelf prices. They are NOT the tiered wholesale rates, which are lower and visible only to an approved trade account once logged in.
- No minimum order: there is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value.
- Trade account applications are usually reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours.
- PhoneXpert does not dropship. Orders ship to the trade customer's business address.
- Approved dealer accounts pay by bank transfer, not by card or Afterpay.

- Processing time 1 business day or less; same-day dispatch cut-off is 10am.
- Urban delivery is free on orders over $149. Rural delivery is charged at the standard rate.
